PAYMENT

Payment can be made with MasterCard and Visa. Bank transfer can be arranged upon special agreements.

DELIVERY

We offer shipment to the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Poland, Austria.

TIME OF DELIVERY

Shipment of orders will normally be done within 5 working days. Items not at stock will have an increased time of delivery.

CANCELLATION

You have 14 days of cancellation.
The cancellation expires 14 days after the day you;

  2. 2. Have received the last item if several items have been ordered together but not delivered in 1 shipment
  3. 3. Have received the last part of an item, if not shipped together

You must send an email before 14 days to announce us, that you will cancel the order. The email has to be sent to “service@b4hunt.dk” with the following information:

Your email, telephone number, address and invoice number.
In the email you must state clearly that you want to use your right of cancellation.
You cannot regret your order simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

RETURN

You must return your order to us without any unnecessary delay and at latest 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
You lose your right of withdrawal if;
– You break the seal on goods that are not ready for sale after a given return.

THE STATE OF THE GOOD WHEN YOU SEND IT RETURN

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the goods. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.

REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. It happens if the value of the product is impaired because

You have actually used the item.

It was damaged while you were responsible for it.

You have handled the item in a different way than it needed to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they operate.

You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, item type, etc.

When returning the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with “B4Hunt” and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. 

When personal information is collected through our website, we ensure that it always happens when you give your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and partners have access to the information recorded about you.

The data controller at www.b4hunt.dk is the owners ”Dennis Holmud and Jacob Peter Thuesen”

We do not store customer information encrypted.

Information provided to https://www.b4hunt.dk is not disclosed or sold to any third party in any way, and we do not record any sensitive information. This is done based on section 5-14 of the Danish Personal Data Act and section. 2.1.4. and 2.1.5.

As registered with “B4Hunt” you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is recorded about you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

B4hunt can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be notified if such a situation arises, and any payment or reservation made on a payment method will be returned / canceled.

APPEALS

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact “service@b4hunt.dk” 

If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you can, if the conditions for this are met, file a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board. The EU Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. Complaint is filed here. WHAT SHOULD I SEND BACK?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, in addition everything from the package must be sent with return. This also applies to packaging, in the form of boxes, plastic and more

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE PRODUCT (CLAIM)

The Danish rules of the Purchase Act deficiency apply to goods purchases.
When you shop at “B4Hunt.dk” you have of course 24 months of right to claim. This means that, as a starting point, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discounted, depending on the specific situation.
However, in the case of wear parts such as valves, o-rings and gaskets, the warranty applies only 6 months.

Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I COMPLAIN?

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within a month after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
